Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Orlando International Airport is the gateway to Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista and the other cities of Florida known to be the home of many amusement parks, themed entertainment venues and family / luxury resorts.

Orlando International Airport is Florida 's busiest airport, serving over 80 airlines and around 30 million domestic passengers annually, with scheduled services to 69 nationwide and 27 global destinations.

Located ten miles (six kilometers) southeast of downtown Orlando, the airport features four airside terminals. The modern terminal complex features an enclosed passenger shuttle system connecting the boarding gates to the three-level main terminal. The many facilities and services available for passengers arriving at Orlando International Airport include 20 restaurants, six bars, a micro-brewery, duty-free shopping, currency exchanges, ATMs, postal services, business services and Internet kiosks.

Arrivals Walkthrough

International passengers must produce their passports at the immigration checkpoint and then proceed to the baggage carousel for reclaiming all luggage. Afterwards, they must pass through the Customs checkpoint.

The baggage must be placed on the baggage belt and reclaimed at the main terminal. Take the escalator to Level 3 where the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will conduct a security checkpoint before you enter the airside terminal hub.

Domestic flight passengers are transported to the airside terminal via a jetway. They should then proceed to the airside terminal hub, following the overhead signs to the main terminal and baggage claim.

Departures Walkthrough

Check-in for departing flights is on Level 3 of the Main Terminal. Travelers need to check the airlines to find out which side of the terminal they need to go to for boarding the aircraft. Both A and B airside terminals are for departures. Check-in is also available via self-service kiosks at the main terminal and the relevant airline's ticket counter. The AGT train system takes passengers to and from the gate areas and it's the passenger's responsibility to check the overhead signs to determine which train goes to their relevant gate.

Airport Information and Terminal Guidance

Information is available via airline ticket counters, airport police service and the two information centers located on the east and west halls of the main terminal. Overhead signs are posted all throughout the airport and provide assistance in locating the various shops, services and terminal areas.

Airport Parking

Orlando International Airport provides parking as terminal and satellite parking. Terminal parking offers convenient parking for 8400 vehicles within walking distance of the main terminal and satellite parking provides reduced-rate parking for 6100 vehicles, ideal for long-term parking.
